Help something went wrong while updating and now phone does not turn on

So I tried to update my phone to the newest version and I did this using 'Sony PC companion'. Unfortunately something went wrong because it couldn't complete the update and said 'error'. After when I tried to turn on my phone all it showed was exclamation mark in a triangle and a phone along the side. I looked up on google how this could be fixed and tried to use flashtool but it did not help because it could not fully complete task and said error. I don't know if I'm missing something or what but I definitely need your help guys !!
