Help still frozen even after hard reset

My HTC Evo 4G randomly froze last night. I took the battery out and tried to restart but it got stuck on the HTC EVO 4G screen and won't get off of it. I tried the hard reset, and it would say 'clear' and start the reboot but then it would get stuck rebooting AGAIN on the white screen.

I don't know what to do.

well if you are not rooted then the only thing you can do is take in and get it looked at.

how long are you waiting on the splash screen(htc white screen)?
