Support for Jorte Calendar App?

    Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction regarding this issue.

    I started using Jorte as my calendar app a couple of months ago and though I like it better than the stock app that came with my phone I still have some issues I'd like help with from the company, Johospace Co.,Ltd, that makes it. Unfortunatly I can't find a support contact email addy or phone # for them. I emailed them twice at thier info@johospace.co.jp address more than 2 months ago but have never gotten a response. They have a Facebook page where I've posted questions but that is very hit or miss. The couple of questions I've gotten a response to from what seemed like a company rep went unanswered when I asked a followup question so it ended up not being of much help.

    What am I missing here. I find it somewhat hard to believe that this app has such good user reviews with next to know support from it's parent company.

    Johospace is a Japanese company, and the English website is somewhat less than perfectly translated, but the address for support appears to be apps@jorte.net. I won't guarantee you'll get any more help from there, but it's what they give. I've never had the need to request support, for me it works well enough.

    Do you create events in google calendar then sync to get them into Jorte? If so do the colors you set in google transfer over to Jorte intact? That doesn't work for me.

    I use the Google Sync and not the Jorte Sync within the app's settings. The colors from your Google calendar will show up.

    I've been using the native sync button but I'll go back and check everything again. Thanks for the 411.

    Yes, the colors transfer. I also use the Google sync, not the Jorte Cloud sync. I see no need for that, since the Google calendar syncs fine, and I use the Google calendar on several platforms, not just Android.

    There is a setting for using Google calendar colors. Menu, More, Options,Calendar Settings, tap Use Google Calendar colors.

    That was the same tip someone gave me on the Jorte facebook page but it didn't work for me and I never got another response on the fb page.

    Well, I have no idea why it didn't work for you. It seems straightforward enough, but I can't see all your settings. If you rely on Facebook for support, I think you're going to be disappointed. It's a poor resource at best.

    I completely agree! I only tried it because I was not getting anywhere with any other resource. I did send an email to apps@jorte.net. Hopefully I hear back from someone.
