I decided to try out build 35 a few days ago and seem to have good luck. My question is, is each build something totally different or an upgrade on the previous build?

I keep reading about people who say that battery life has changed, gps is better/worse, etc. from build to build. I also saw that "screen issues" were fixed. I guess all of these are placebo or conflicts within other apps because the change logs indicate very minor changes from one build to the next.

I was running cm7 RC4 until yesterday. I flashed nightly 37 last night and saw no difference.

The biggest changes I have experienced are in using the absolute latest build (preview 3) of chad's incredikernel. THAT has improved battery life noticeably. When the phone is idle it uses almost no battery.... My phone is currently at 62% and has been on for just over 18 hours. I have played games for maybe 30 minutes and surfed the web for maybe another 1/2 hour. I've sent/received about half a dozen emails in that period and made one short phone call...
