Torrents won't download

Hello everyone I am new to these forums and I need some support. I owned a GS3 and now a GS4 and I have downloaded files (music, movies, etc.) through [mod removed] since i first got my S3 about a year ago using aDownloader. I have been trying to download more torrents for the last two weeks but they do not download at all. I started using uTorrents to see if it would help but they do not download either and it gives me an error message. I have tried both wi-fi and my network and nothing. I have ATT and I have read something about them locking down on torrent downloads. Anyone know what is going on, and if this is true about ATT?
