It's not frozen just not working. What can I do to fix it? please help!!!
Best I can tell you is if you still have the box and receipt then take it back to the store. I would imagine that you're on warranty so they should let you get another depending on why it's broken (play ignorant if need be). If it's at&t then you might just need the box.
