Turning off mobile network in poor signal areas

Verizon has random holes in their coverage here. I'm going to see if Tasker's 0-8 signal strength options will work. The interesting part will be turning the network back on.

I've not used it on the device I have now but I used it before. Well similar. I switched from 3g to 2g.

Basically I checked signal strength. Then waited 2 minutes. Then did an if (signal strength) so if it was still believe x....then switch

Then wait 15 minutes (or something) then an exit task to switch back.
