two "my music" questions

1. I have been usiing exclusivly on my razr Max the default music player. It will supply you with suggestions for other music but when I click it all I get is a "sorry the store is unavailable " I have gotten this message from the first time I set it up. What gives? I am looking to spend my money but I can't get to the Verizon store through the default music player app I. Gingerbread on a razr Max.

2. I have spent hours sorting my playlists. Is there a way to backup the playlists. I would hate to start from scratch
