Help Unlocked Rogers Samsung Galaxy S3 Trying to use on Telus - Can't Edit APN Type

Hey all, I have an Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S3 and I'm trying to edit the APN settings in it. Here are the settings I'm trying to put in.

TELUS Mobility Canada
Name: TELUS SP
APN: sp.telus.com
Proxy: 74.49.0.18
Port: 80
Username: <Not Set>
Password: <Not Set>
Server: <Not Set>
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mmsc
MMS Proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS Port: 80
MMS Protocol: WAP 2.0
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN type: default,mms

But when I get to APN type I don't have the option to edit it it just gives me

Internet + MMS
MMS
Internet

With a radio button I can only choose those three, there's no option to edit it.

As a result I can't get my phone to work to make calls or to send or receive text messages. I checked with my carrier and there's no problem on their end, tried another sim card I know works and that didn't work either. The IMEI is clean and not blocked by my carrier.

I'm just wondering if there's any way to be able to edit that, or if not what setting would be the right one.
