[Verizon] HELP: How long does data wipe take?

I did a data wipe and all that is on the screen is the android with spinning blue cube. No text. I remember it usually saying something like

wiping data...

but I have NO text at all.

It's been going for over 10 minutes now. did something get messed up here?

EDIT: NEVERMIND. I'm an idiot. I accidently disabled back button right as I hit it.

not an idiot. it happens all the time. Look into flashing the touch based CWM because it will be much easier to navigate.

Touch based CWM is sweet. I have TWRP on my Touchpad, but you can't manage those backups in Rom Manager (rename, delete, etc) so I don't use it much.

The font could be a bit bigger so it takes up the whole screen tho.
