Help Video Calls Not avilable

HI I've recently bought a Galaxy S3, Module: SHV-E210L from a website it seems to be original i check with some apps on the Appstore.

But for some reason it can only connect to 3G while in my galaxy s2 i could connect to H+.

I tried to upgrade the firmware to 4.3 but it didnt help. Also I cant make video calls i got this weird icon on the status bar that i guess i related and when i try to make a video call i get: Videos Calls not supported in international roaming area.(I attached a file with the icon)

I tried to deselect roaming(althogh my carrier said to keep it on) it didnt help.

Hello welcome to the forum!

According to this page: Samsung SHV-E210L Galaxy S III LTE Specs | Technical Datasheet | PDAdb.net that version of the S3 doesn't have HSPA+.

Here's another, according to it the SHV-E210L, SVH-E210K, and the SVH-E210S are the same phone, none of which support HSPA+.

Your phone is the LTE version. Sorry I can't help with the video call or roaming problem.

I see so stupid buying from the web, thank for the info.

about the video call i guess its the rom Altough its samsung offical, but i cant seem to be able to downgrade it to 4.1.2

Don't try downgrading from 4.3. It will brick the phone.

Ahh so screwed hmm, maybe you know any good international custom rom that i can get? i searched for days already, do i need CWM for installing that?

I don't have the international version but maybe someone who does will chime in. Yes you need cwm or some kind of custom recovery. Most people use Philz recovery. It's based on CWM but with more features.
