virus on card

I got a couple of files from the university using my phone as a drive, on the way home I was looking for a file using es file explorer and I noticed at the bottom there were exe files of each folder. I got home connected it to my pc and used nod 32 to search and clean viruses, I now notice in the log that it deleted an autoplay file. so everytime I connect it to the pc it only shows files that weren't in a folder, on the phone they are still there and usable, even the ps3 can see the folder but my pc can't, what should or can I do?

not sure what you could do mate...

i hadn't even downloaded anything on to the phone, connected it up to store some pictures and videos because im changing memory card, and it went nuts.. anti virus was popping up everywhere..
