Voice Action for Text Message Reply?

I know I can send a text message via voice action but how do I reply using voice action? Would it work with something like the SMS Popup App?

Hi thusband, I'm not sure if this is possible using the sms popup app, because I don't use it, however, you should be able to install/use any third party sms app for this purpose. If you look at the app's keyboard, there should be a little picture of a microphone there. Clicking that picture should bring up the voice action service which allows you to reply to a text message using your voice. Hope this helps.
