Voicemail problems

    I upgraded to the Captivate yesterday from my iPhone 3g (I'm loving it so far!) Only thing is, my voicemail isn't set up and I'm not sure how to do it. When i click on the voicemail icon to dial my voicemail to set it up, it asks for a number to leave a message or the voice mailbox number. Im sure this is an issue I can fix on my own, as I'd much rather skip talking to an AT&T rep. Any suggestions?

    call ATT support. That sounds like the issue we have on our business account all the time when we use other lines to upgrade a phone on a different line. Or just take it into the store and they should be able to straighten it out for you.

    thanks, yeah this seems to happen everytime i upgrade to a new phone. There are always issues with voicemail boxes not updating. I suppose i'll have to call the store and see if they can straighten it out.
