Walked in with my hero, out with my free EVO!

the Knight now the EVO Shift 4G....

is not bigger.. correct
is it faster??? yes it is... by a lot..
dont just look at the mhz...which is 800; because it is the new scorpion chip and runs faster and consumes less power. It also has a better GPU.
It will out perform the hummingbird.
it will also overclock to 1900mhz.. with quadrant scores in the 3000s!
Evo is only in 1200 - 1500s

the reasons I dont want it:
i need the bigger screen.. for easy reading.
no front facing camera
thinner.. so it looks/feels better in my front pocket.
kickstand.. to view pics and vid

when it does come on... I will go play with it.
and if the 3.7" screen.. is good. but i really doubt I can deal with it.
I might switch... i am still in my 30 days.

And I'm loving 4G, by the way. Just measured 11.09Mbps on Speakeasy speed test.

Yet no palpable difference for general browsing. i love 15Mbps down 2Mbps up on xfinity comcast, but that I actually use to the fullest. Don't get me wrong... with tether, it's certainly possible to maximize potential of sprint/clearwire, but I feel like heavy users are more on the radar of mobile data than traditional HFC broadband.
