Weird icon in notifications

This icon appeared today and I can't figure out what it is...looks like a single eared headset, but my headset icon is the standard one....if anyone can enlighten me,i would appreciate it. I'm running fresh evo with ADW launcher.....attaching screenshot. It's the one to the left of the GPS icon....

I have, but that wasn't it.....coworker figured it out. It was the hearing aid option in call settings. I clicked it accidentally earlier,i guess.

Oh, good to know. I hadn't seen that icon before either.
