Help What do I do now?

I have a Galaxy Nexus from Google (Unlocked) that I will be activating with Straight Talk in a week or so. I turned it on after it has been siting in my drawer for a week or so and got this screen.

It says...

Downloading...
Do not turn off target!!

On the bottom left is this text (as it's too small to see in the pic):

This screen has been there for well over an hour. What is this and what should I do about it?
Any Ideas?

Do you have it connected to wifi? Has it been upgraded to JB? Looks like it's sitting in Download mode. Hit the power button and it should restart.

Yea, it's back to normal once again. It upgraded to JB a few weeks ago about an hour after I first turned it on.
