Where to I find community tutorials, forums, software portals etc.

Just got my Tattoo.
Could you please point me to the best sites for community tutorials, wikis, forums and sites for applications with a freeware orientation relevant for a Tattoo owner?

One issue is that I don't know much about how much this phone has in common with other Android phones or other HTC Android phones.

HTC Hero forums are a good source as well as HTC sense is similar on both

Tattoo has got a newer version of android than many other handsets
