Help Which Apps can I safely delete?

After rooting my Defy I would like to know from the following list of apps that I do not want/use any that I should NOT delete ?

• 3G Mobile Hotspot
• Amazon MP3
• DLNA
• Email
• Google Mail (will deleting this stop me from using Android Market?)
• Latitude
• Maps (I have Sygic Aura and Viewranger mapping so don't want Google maps)
• Media Share
• News
• Phone Portal
• Places
• Social Networking
• Talk
• Voice Search
• YouTube

You can safely delete all of them, all though i don't see why you would want too.

I wouldn't delete Google Mail, email, and YouTube personally.
