My reasons not to get the X are updated:
1. For some reason, the X display does not look as good as the Moto Droid's. Where the Moto Droid looked crisp, the X display looks over-sharp and actually makes text look weaker than on the Incredible's display. This surprised me, since expected opposite. Same text on same web pages looks more jagged on the X.
2. I like the ability to hot swap microsd cards. Inc is one of the few that allows this.
3. X is a tad too big for me, since it is more awkward for one hand operation
4. I like the memory allocation of the Inc, since it gives me 6.6gb more media memory. The X has all allocated for apps.
5. The Inc is more than fine to bridge for the dual core, LTE devices shipping next year. Most designs will allocate one core to media & graphics and the other to cpu operations. THAT will be the time to jump ship
Still, either device has good points. Perhaps a wash for me.
