Help Wi Fi dropping

Samsung Note 2 wi fi has been excellent since getting phone over 2 years ago, but now since phone was dropped on floor (in its case though) the wi fi randomly disconnects from my broadband. It usually reconnects almost immediately but not always. Although not massive problem still annoying when actually using it. Not had much chance to test it on other broadband routers/networks but other wireless devices in the house are fine so dont think its router related.
