Root wifi issues?

i am currently experiencing wifi problems. i can pick up signal from my router, but, it wont load any pages. i know i dont have router problems as i am doing this from my laptop off of the same router. i just updated to fresh 3.1.0.2, is anyone else having this problem?

K... are you actually logged in to your router, with an IP address and all that?

Is this your first update to Froyo?

Did you clear data before installing the rom (as suggested)?

If so, are you using Clockwork Mod or Amon Ra?

No...not my first jump to froyo. Been on it since flipz first released his 2.2. Not using clockwork. Yes, I am logged into router, but every time I retro pull up a page, I get the page could not load page.

Sounds like most stuff is squared away - try clearing your browser cache?

I tried everything..pulled battery on phone, cleared out my browser, then i rebooted my modem and router. Not sure what i did, but it works now.
