I'm using an HTC Magic (myTouch3G), and it's currently rooted with a 'hacked' HTC Sense interface. The official ROM for Sense was released a few days ago, and I'm planning on updating 'back'. The problem is the WiFi tether, as I'm using it very often. So my question is - is there a way to tether through WiFi even though the device is unrooted (and by that meaning if there is some 'unsupported software')?
