Help Will I get the official f/w update from my country if I flashed other country's?

Hi,

I want to flash Russian's official 4.4.2 firmware on my factory-unlocked Galaxy S4 (i9500) via Odin. If I did that, will I get an official firmware update (OTA, Kies) when my country's firmware is released?

Kies, yes, if you flash it manually. OTA probably not, since the phone will be considered modified, and OTA updates stop on modified phones. (You can hard brick a phone by doing an OTA on firmware that's not expecting the OTA it's getting.)

Neither Kies or OTA updates will work if you flash a firmware other than that intended for your original CSC and product code. See #1.5 of 23 Galaxy S4 models - know yours?
