I didn't find anything on this: I have a Huawei U8100 Android phone, and I can never get the wallpaper to have a center focus. As one post said, default size is 640x480, which is true. However if the image has an object in it, you will be 'zoomed' in to the point that it's pointless. Lets say, a friend's face or a logo. Even if you navigate left and right to other pages, it's annoying.

Here's my fix. Create a file 1.5x the size of the original image (i.e. 960X720), and paste the original picture right in the center. Then, when you upload it to your phone, and use maximum size on your wallpaper selection screen, your point of focus will be nicely placed in the center main screen.

In the case of repeating patterns, this wouldn't matter. It won't always be perfect, but certainly good. Now I've got a well placed Star Trek logo on my screen.

    @ Bsbabcock -

And here's one from me in that DreamyLife style you said you liked. I tried to keep it subtle and simple. Hope this is the look you were after. Let me know...

To save it at the full 960x854, enlarge on the linked page with magnifying glass or use download button. If your phone's browser wont save it full size, or it looks fuzzy, download and save it with a computer, then USB or email the full sized version to your phone. You can also use the Share button on the page to email it to your phone.

    Hey that's pretty cool! Thanks!

I like that square and compass overlay.. I wonder if I can experiment with that overlay by itself on the mac. Have that part of the pic by itself by chance?
Not even sure what my humble iMac has for photo software but would be fun to try.

Eyebeam, any fun ideas you do on the square and compass or masonic theme, I'm interested.

Brother Rob, thank you as well Sir.

Sure. Here's just the Masonic symbol part on a transparent PNG.

If your Mac wont play nice, I recommend Sumo Paint | Online Image Editor It's what I do most of these wallpapers with as I don't have PhotoShop. It's a great mid-level online image editor.

Funny you should mention if I have any other ideas. I was just starting to play around with a basic idea I had for one, when I got your PM. That made me go in a different direction. I'll revisit it, and maybe have something this evening.

Hiya! So getting into the tron spirit, i didnt really find any "simplistic" tron wallpapers out there with just a simple blue light cycle. i was wondering if you could simplify the new light cycle preferably blue :p ex:

and put it on a dark blue or black wallpaper. Im sorry if its a little confusing, i just dont want the whole light cycle taking up all the screens :3 TIA!

like this! but more tron like! :p

ps sorry my pics are too big :/

    Pm sent.

Also, I've saved those pics, so if you wouldn't mind, you can edit them out of your post. It just screws with the thread alignment, as you can see. TIA.

Edit: Eh, screw it. While I was waiting for you to get back to me, I was trying a few things out to see how well I could pull this one off. I just decided to go ahead and finish up what I was doing and post it. Hope this is what you had in mind. Let me know.

I made this one 1066x800 which while larger than necessary for the Eris, is still in the correct aspect ratio and will work great. This way you can still use it if you upgrade and it makes it more widely usable for others.

To save it at the full 1066x800, enlarge on the linked page with magnifying glass or use download button. If your phone's browser wont save it full size, or it looks fuzzy, download and save it with a computer, then USB or email the full sized version to your phone. You can also use the Share button on the page to email it to your phone.

I'm a bit unsure if you are able to do this but I would be SUPER happy if you were able to make the red in this picture(the car and glow beneath the car) a different color. I would kill to have it in blue. But if its not too Much trouble, in yellow, green, and orange. If you are able to do that...I will be eternally greatfull!! :)

No prob (I think! ;)). Take a look at this an see if I got it right. I'm somewhat colorblind, so these re-color requests are always iffy for me.

To save it at full size, enlarge on the linked page with magnifying glass or use download button. If your phone's browser wont save it full size, or it looks fuzzy, download and save it with a computer, then USB or email the full sized version to your phone. Edit - Ah I see now that you wanted multiple versions not blue or if not the others. I'll see what I can do but yellow is always very tough to re-tint.

Edit 2: Ok, here's green and orange. As I suspected, yellow is not happening. Sorry, I'm just not good enough to pull that off.

Here's (I hope) what it should have looked like.

Whoah!! That is COOL! Nice. I'm not a member of this particular order, but I'd love something similar for the Scottish Rite, Southern Jurisdiction.

Not to steal the thread on the whole Masonic thing, but for you other brethren or anyone who cares.. The SR site has a few cool pics I saw here: http://scottishrite.org/photocontest/index.html Some of those by themselves like the lodge rooms I think are pretty good wallpaper fodder.

Well, you Freemasons always take over everything eventually, right? :p;) Does the Scottish Rite, Southern Jurisdiction have it's own seal or logo or whatever? Can you provide an example? If not, what emblem should I use? I'm a little busy this afternoon but I should have something done this evening.

Well, I had a little more time than I thought so I decided to give it a go. I think this symbol should work, right? Let me know what you think.

You know the save routine so...

That's awesome!! That's actually the symbol of the 30th degree (I think.. I'm not the expert yet). I hate to ask.. Can you try one with just the double-headed eagle southern jurisdiction symbol on pretty much that same background. That is reeeeally cool!
