Wondering if Sprint keeps track?

I just got my phone back from the geek squad due to a broken camera, and they gave me a refurbished one. Everything is great but I have re-outfitted my phone with the apps I love and I cant find my fav notepad! Here is my jank version of what it looked like. LOVE LOVE LOVED it! Sooo does anyone know the name or know if Sprint would know?

I'm not familiar with that notepad, but my favorite one is "Color Notes", which has a to do list feature, and is simply awesome.

Looks like HTC's Tasks widget to me.
HTC hid their widgets in a less traveled area. I wish they would add some new ones too.

Long press on an open home screen page and select add widget.
Select the first choice to 'get more widgets'.
Next make sure you have 3G, 4G or WiFi on then hit the menu key.
Finally select 'update'.

You should be able to download and install then add the Tasks widget to your home screens now.
