Help Would this Version of the phone work with T-mobile?

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N9000 Black 32GB - Factory Unlocked International Version is the version off amazon. I'm going pre-paid ($30 plan) and the sales rep said I would have to get a factory one then pop a sim in it to get it to work.
