thats just an example page, not what they are using.

the pass key being used is blank, but you cant use a blank password.
I have turned off encryption for the built in hotspot so that it lets me connect to it.

But then you face the problem that the phone isnt setup to be DHCP for issuing IP address's.

After getting that going and being able to connect and be issued an IP. the phone is still not routing traffic out over 4G

so its not just as simple as getting the password.
