Sorry you're having multi-touch problems with your device .

I see we don't have a Y330 forum, so I think you probably posted this thread in a good place (the general Huawei Ascend area).

I thought about moving your thread to the Y300 area since it looks like it's the closest match to your device, but we'll leave it here for now (but you might want to keep an eye out for folks in that area that might be having problems similar to yours).

got it replaced, after comparing with a friend it was clear that my model was defective and not just poor quality.
