YouTube worked fine since July 20 when the phone came into our possession. Last week, in the middle of a video, the screen went blank/black. Status bar on top. And that was the end of videos on this phone. The app will not open at all. From the app drawer, the you tube icon shoots you back to the home screen. You Tube does not work in the browser either - same blank/black screen with the status bar on top.
2.1 - no root.
No new apps installed recently.
Getting tired of factory resets as that is Verizon's answer to everything.
Does anyone have any idea on what may have caused this? Or are we in the market to replace this phone for one that works. It worked fine till last week.
