Hi Everyone,
My sister has a Galaxy S6. She has tried almost everything, but nothing has fixed it (no ad blocker installed, proxy=none, re-install app etc…), but she did discover something.
It never disconnects if it’s EXACTLY within four feet (or less) of the modem. 5′ or more and it disconnects every time.
she´s using Comcast Xfinity with an Arris TG862 modem that Comcast provided.
So then, her friend, who has a Sony (Android) tried it. SAME THING. Four feet or less or it disconnected.
Here’s the interesting thing… another friend who uses an iphone 5 had no problem whatsoever, even three rooms away.
Any ideas?
Why this is only happening with youtube and no other app, is a mystery. Thanks in advance for your help.
