Help ZTE Concord II stuck on boot

There's not much out there that I can find for this phone in terms of root or modding or roms. I have a ZTE Concord II that's not quite 4 months old and it locked up. I hard rebooted it and it's now stuck on the MetroPCS boot up screen. I did a factory reset (VolUp + Home + Power) but the phone is still stuck on boot up.

Recovery menu has an option to update via ADB. I have another ZTE Concord. I don't know if there's a way to back up the working phone and push the recovery into my dead unit.

I have several other ZTE Concord IIs and I hope that this isn't a sign of pending failure for my other ones.

Sent me pls backup from working device Concord II.
1. In working device go to CWM volume+ and Power Button
2. Insert empty flash card
3. Format flash such as vfat
4. Go to backup recovery and make backup to external_sd
5. Insert flash card to another cell phone
6. Restore from external sd card
I have a brick cell phone concord II, but i lost backup.

I had that phone since October 20, 2014, In October 24, 2016, my ZTE Concord 2 had a white screen, how to fix that problem?
