ZTE Force N9100 Newb Needs Help!

Hello everyone! My name is Kelli and I just got a new phone and it's my first Android experience. I'm not a complete idiot I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 but this phone seems to have a slightly different version of Android and it's kinda driving me crazy so I have a question for you guys.

Is there an in-depth operators manual I can download off the web?
