Which phone to pick? (Picky..)

So with all these Android phones to pick, I'm not really sure which one to pick, and I thought maybe I could get good advice from here lol
I'm currently a Legend user, its a great phone, but I'm wanting some change and planning to get some of the higher end phones out there.

I guess I'll just put out some preferences:
- Good design; the reason I chose Legend over the Desire was the design. Although a tech-ish guy I chose form over function lol. No use having a great working phone, but you have a really ugly device right? Currently I think the Xperia X10 has the best design so far in Android phones, crosses out Desire (Man, those are really ugly buttons....).

-Fast; Wanting some of those 1Ghz Snapdragons lol.

-No Qwerty; I'm not really into Qwerty (doesn't mean I hate it), but I can type pretty well on the on-screen keyboard, and a physical qwerty just thickens the device, crosses out the Motorola's

-"Normal" resolution; 480x 800 screen. those square phones and the like means that lots of apps don't work well with them. Also the 320x480 screen of the Legend couldn't play with those newer games from Gameloft (I'm aware of their failure in selling their apps), Crosses out heaps of phones.

-Any UI but Vanilla; I prefer phones with a skinned UI (like my Legend) because I get more flexibility; if I wanted the original Vanilla I can easily switch out Sense UI(via switching default homes), however if I get the Nexus One, I can't exactly easily switch out Vanilla for another UI. (Not really anxious for Froyo),cbf using/buying apps just for a skin like Open Home etc. Crosses out Nexus One

-Good Battery; My Legend can last me 2 days on one charge, so preferably something that isn't that much worse.

-Has all four Android buttons (seriously they are useful!)

.....damn I'm picky huh. Any help?

"Good design" is extremely subjective. Can you provide input on your thoughts on the design of some other Android devices so we have a better idea of what your tastes are like?

Good design, well to have a small list (touchscreens in general), I think:
-SE Xperia X10, Aino, Satio
-HTC Legend, Touch Diamond 2, Incredible
-LG BL40, BL20
-Acer Liquid, BeTouch E400

..looks good lol. Slim designs, I don't really like oval buttons (lol), and yeah...

btw for my picky list- not all of them must apply- if it fits the majority I think I would still like and consider it.
