Not sure if anyone has already posted this, but I got word that T-Mobile will be dropping their price in December to $139.99 (with a contract)

I am still getting told $179.99, I am also purchasing mine this week from a T-Mobile store in our local mall though. How did you get yours for $140?

Think you could PM me that too? We have a business contract at my employer (good for a 10% service discount). So I'm thinking we'd qualify.

I also got the news through the business department, but they said they could only try to reimburse in December, no guarantees. you must have got a slick rep. usually it varies from rep to rep.

unfortunately for consumers, business accounts tend to get preferential treatment, i think that goes for almost any company.

I went in and talked with a T-Mobile sales person. She was going to do the $140 (I didn't have the time, had to get to a meeting) off my employers account. All I needed was a valid email address for my employer (which I have). Additionally, it's 12% off per month.

So if you're employed, and they use T-Mobile, might be worth asking if you qualify for the discount.
