Can't upload pics and vids!

Hey all.

I tried to using my HTC Sync software to upload my photos and vids
and when I chose the "mount as hard drive" the software shows that
I am "disconnected".

I'm using windows Vista...

Any help on getting the software to work?

You do not need the HTC sync to do so, just connect your phone to your PC, and mount,then open the drive on your PC and drag and drop your pics and vids

Thanks for that... I opened the drive and my pics and vids aren't showing up!

Are you looking for pictures on your SD card ?? or you want to transfer pictures and Vids to it, also make sure you have a SD card in your phone
