Wallpaper question...

Don't have an Epic, but I think you would need to do this with a file manager possibly?!

Exactly right.
File manager is a system that holds files and apks. Which can be installed using that as well.
You can create new folders in there, move, copy, paste, delete, and name/rename folders. So something like Astro File Manager and other file managers could be downloaded from the market for free.
I personally just mount my SD to the pc and create new folders (right click, new folder) on the root of the SD and name them whatever it is needed for.

I guess you didn't like my answer over at SprintUsers, huh? :p

The problem with accessing these Live Wallpapers is they're not simple .jpeg pictures. Live wallpapers are basically animated, interactive homescreen backgrounds that can behave differently depending on the time of the day, where you are, internet updates, and how you move and touch your device. They're more like tiny applications that run in the background, and they have access to all the facilities of the Android platform. If you mess with their name or location you may break the linkage that tells them where to point to do things like update for time of day, location, or whatever.

It they were simple wallpapers, you could move them or call them whatever you wanted. Live Wallpapers are much different. Why would you want to mess with them anyway?

Thanks everyone for the help.

@ Rambo lol sorry, I posted on SU, here, and AC all at the same time because I wasn't sure I'd get a response (especially since the SU Epic forum has been a bit dead.)

I only wondered about this because I am using Tasker and I have it change my wallpaper at certain times. I would love to use the live wallpapers for that function, but Tasker can't locate them.
