Help not to happy

When I first got the phone I loved it. After playing around with it im pretty unhappy. Does anyone else think the stock browser is too slow?? The gps never locks on n is always off. Anyway to fix these two annoying problems? ?

I have no problem with either of these, what kind of signal are getting when you try and use your browser? Have you tried any other browsers to make sure it is not more of a reception issue than the browser itself? I have Xscope on my phone as well, but never use it anymore because if does not have flash and stock just seems better to me, but people have their own taste and what they are looking for.

On the GPS, in settings under location do you have all three options, Use Wireless Networks, Use GPA satellites and Enable Assisted GPS checked? I do and I usually have a lock with in 10 seconds (on bad days) from launching an app that needs it.

Ya no problems here either... GPS lock is almost instant and I kinda like the stock browser....

You might have a bad device...

I'm having no problems either. I dont get the best 3g reception at my house so the browser loading pages is slow. GPS works good. However, at work where i have a metal roof, gps doesnt work, but locates me using the closest tower, which is not accurate. Outside of work, gps locks me in quickly.

If you want to see how good your 3g speeds are, download speedtest. If you have a weak signal, you will see your speeds are really slow. Sometimes less than 150 kbs.

This page loads about as fast on my phone as my computer...most times faster!

I've had my phone a few weeks now an I've had very few problems. Have you tried calling *228 option 2 and updating your roaming? I travel a lot and I was in BFE MN and did it and I good service there and in some areas in Iowa where dropped calls the day before. If that don't fix it, take it back and get it replaced.
