Help Where can I get parts for an EVO besides fleabay??

Anyone know any good sites to buy HTC EVO parts on or is there a section here that lets you buy/sell? I have somehow managed to break the mic on the phone and have been searching everywhere to find a replacement one other than shelling out more money for a used or damaged one. any help for a noobie would be great!

ebay has always been a good source for parts...maybe try sending these guys a message...rather than buying an entire parts phone

Niiiiiiiiiice! lol Yeah ive googled the crap out of it already and still can't find a thing. Also called around local stores an they still can't get the mic for it.

Have you taken the phone apart to look for a part number? Instructions here. I looked at the zoomed images and can't see it. Might be something you could find in person...

If you haven't then try that and google the part number. There's several HTC Microphones on Ebay right now for around $5 each but none of them say which board they go to. Just listed by part number.

Thats actually the thread that I read earlier and they do have parts available, Just not the mic.
