Multitouch with PSX4droid, chocobo race

Hello,
I am playing ffvii on the Droid X utilizing PSX4droid. I am about to do the first chocobo race and am wondering how people increase their stamina for the chocobo. This may not be a problem, but I thought that I could only press 2 buttons at a time. The race requires you to hold R1/R2 L1/L2. This is fine, but will the game then accept the input to steer, seeing how two input ( R buttons ) are already being registered?

Also, it would seem the controls would be hard, even if allowed because you also have to steer. I guess I could assign those keys to the volume and snapshot buttons. Let me know. Thank you.

Use your hardware keys. Map your volume up key to both R1/L1. Easiest way.
