Help urine damaged hero

Will Sprint do anything if i take my phone in? It happened Saturday night and it still has yet to come back on today. I was just wondering if Sprint will say they cant do anything or will they give me a new phone since i have insurance or what? Please help me! I got this phone in January so i am not eligible for an upgrade.

If your insurance covers water damage you should be fine.

If you have the $7 insurance plan call Sprint and tell them you dropped it in the toilet, no matter why it has urine on it, and they will send you a new one but it will cost you $100 deductable. (BTW, we are gonna need that story)

yea.....so sat night, we had a party at my place. Alot of beer was drank, vodka, jager, etc. I passed out. Woke up on the floor with only my left pocket soaked with pi$$. My phone is in my left pocket...... Its been drying ever since. It finally turned on today. But now, the home button does not function. It charged all the way up to 70% but now is continually to drop charge but says it is charging. I do have insurance on my phone. But, wont i just get another shit Hero for $100?

Technically, from my understanding, insurance DOES cover accidents such as your accident.

hahaha...sorry. Yeah, your options pretty much are get a $100 (urine free) Hero from insurance or try to pick up a different phone for a reasonable price on ebay or Craig's List. Good luck dude!

sad, sad day in my household......my phone is in a box of rice at the moment. I took it all apart. I am going to let sit in there for a couple days....EVERYONE PLEASE CROSS YOUR FINGERS!!!! You will not believe what i am using right now.....a 4 year old HTC Touch....the 1st one. SLOW as balls and its WINDOWS!
