I dumped the kickstand case. It wasn't sturdy to begin with, I never used the kickstand and the snaps wore out as I was constantly doing battery pulls due to being new at rooting and theming, which I am not any longer.

I now have the body glove. Does anyone reading this have it? If so, is it fairly sturdy? Is it going to fall apart when my phone falls, do you think? Does the snapping loosen with use?

Next stop is otterbox when it comes it, it seems. TIA

I had the Boddy Glove used it for a couple of months. Seems very sturdy, and while I didn't take it off very often, it never felt like the snaps where getting loose or worn. And I did drop it once onto carpet, and it held together fine. With a tight a fit as it has, I don't see it popping open when dropped. Main reason I switched from the BG to the Rocketfish case was size. It just made the phone too thick and too heavy compared to naked. And the case is very rubbery-feeling on the outside (the coating on it, anyways), and while that made for a nice surface to grip, it made it a pain to pull out of my pocket. If it was in my jeans front pocket, it would turn the pocket inside out every damn time. Had enough of that. I still have the case, and if I ever take the phone with me someplace where I want a little extra protection, I'll switch back to it as it seems that it is very sturdy, and that extra thickness means extra protection, but for day-to-day use, it's not the case for me.

I had the body glove and my phone took a fall a few times and the case held up very well it is well built and will last as long as you have your phone

I have the body glove case but after taking it apart probably 20 times to use the media stand the top snap did break. It also worked well with the extended battery. I liked the way it fit and after dropping my phone once it did well protecting it but I'm now using the Seidio Active case.

so, the seido is more sturdy?

I considered the BodyGlove because the Verizon representative showed me his that had a big abrasion on one corner after successfully protecting his phone from a fall onto concrete. However, I didn't like the added thickness it added to the phone.

I also bought a Seidio case, but bought the thinnest one they sell, the Surface Innocase. It probably won't be as protective as the thicker BodyGlove or Active Seidio case, but I like that I still have the option of slipping the phone into my shirt pocket because the case only adds about 1 mm to thickness of the phone. It comes with a holster which I more often use.

Thank you. For me, I value protection more than thinness. However, having said that, I have an extended warranty and assurion insurance, so it doesn't really matter. Everything I have is backed up. So, if I break my phone, all I have to do is root a new one and restore it from my sd card. However, just saying this makes me realize that I should should backup my backups in case I lose my phone!
