Root Titanium Backup Pro issue

Whenever Titanium Backup runs one of the scheduled backups, the screen no longer times out. It will dim, but never go off. This isn't just while the operation is running, either. For instance, I had a scheduled operation this morning at 4 a.m. At 7 a.m., the operation was completed, but the screen was still on (albeit dimmed). The only way the screen time out starts working again is if I kill Titanium via System Panel. Is this normal? What gives?

I have the same problem with my back up pro. Screen dims but doesn't time out and go off. Might be a systems setting?

Yep. Shame on me for not looking harder before I posted.

Menu -> Preferences -> Disable WakeLocks

That appears to do what you and I are looking for. I will have to see what happens in a couple days (next scheduled action).

Ha ha. Sometimes you just have to think out loud, I guess. Thank you for pointing out the obvious that I overlooked!
