Download Qik, set up an account, there is an option to upload directly from your phone. I do it all the time. The down side is its a lower quality of video. Otherwise you will need to wait until you are on wifi and upload from there.

There's an option to share vids through youtube.. view the vid in the gallery, tap the menu button -> share -> youtube. That what you mean?
