I have a HTC Eris with the leaked "release" version of 2.1 - Free Google Maps/Rock Solid Device.
Approximately 4 months old comes with:
Charger/USB Cable
Desktop Charger
Hardshell case with soft touch feel
8 gig micro sdhc card
Box/Manuals etc...
and an extended capacity 1500 mah (HTC Ozone) battery as well as the original 1300 mah battery.
There's quite a few 'leaked' versions of the upcoming software release, however this is considered the most stable actual 'release candidate' there is (no Gmail login on reboot... blazing fast)
No liquid damage, Clear ESN. Phone is in good shape, there is one 'scratch' on screen less than 2mm and not visible in use (only at extreme angle and on a full 'white screen'
