Willing to make wallpapers

Hmmm... Tough. I can't even quite tell what that background base image is. Tell ya what - I'll see what I can do. No guarantee that the end result will be the same, but I'll at least try to make it as similar as possible. Check back tomorrow (evening probably).

Ok, here's my try at recreating that one. The background isn't as nice but I couldn't find the original for the life of me, so that's about the best I could get it. Let me know how this works out for you.

To save it at the full 960x854, enlarge on the linked page with magnifying glass or use download button. If your phone's browser wont save it full size, or it looks fuzzy, download and save it with a computer, then USB or email the full sized version to your phone. You can also use the Share button on the page to email it to your phone.

Well, I absolutely love this wallpaper but it would probably only work for the lock screen (which would be just fine except I have no idea how to set it). I don't think the face would scroll across 3 to 7 screens? I've been using it for the lock screen on my old phone because I didn't want icons blocking the image.

eyebeam, how do I reduce this to 480x640 (or 640x480 (or less than 150KB))? I'm making my own theme for PandaHome on this site: http://home.pandaapp.com.

First off, I really don't know much about themes. I have no idea how Panda or any other program deals with the differing Android screen resolutions. That said...

As stated, this pic really wont work well as a wallpaper. In the above post, I've sized it correctly (480x800) for most newer, non -Motorola, Android lock screens.

As for reducing the image file size, that would really effect image quality. Are you sure that's what you want to do?

Ah, I think I see. I assume then that the wallpaper should be 640x480. That's what my wife used when she had Panda on her Moment. That should mean that if the lock screen is not just a cropping of the wallpaper, but a separate image, that it should be 320x480. Sorry, but I just don't have the space left on my Hero to install a bunch of stuff and do any of the testing for you. Here's that pic at 320x480. Hopefully that helps at least...

It doesn't have the option to set anything to exact pixels (or at least I haven't found it). My son offered to edit it for me (he's got a Mac with a $700 program on it for his artwork/college assignments) but I haven't gotten around to emailing him the image. He told me the same thing you did earlier: The image has to be a high quality one to start with in order to reduce it and make it look nice.

If you'd like to try it yourself, I recommend Sumo Paint online image editor .: Sumo Paint 3.0 :. That's what I use to do most of my wallpapers with (along with GIMp). It can do most of the basic functions of PhotoShop.

I have this Killswitch one ahead of you, but if noone picks this up first, sure, I can do that. And yes, the phone does matter. A few quick Q's for you - Do you have any color preferences? Do you want something bright and flashy or more subtle and minimal?

Awesome! I really like what you did by adding the band in like that. It looks great. If you could make a lock screen with one of the other logos in the center of the screen that would really make my setup complete. As always, when it comes to wallpapers, you have us all covered.
