Flashplayer 10.1

Hi everyone, I'm new to the site,having purchased my HTC Desire only last week.I'm just after a little help if poss? I have downloaded Flashplayer 10.1 from the Apps store and when I going into 'settings' and manage account, I can clearly see it has been installed.I also downloaded an App called 'BBC+Sky Sports', I tried to use this App last night to view to 'Live score centre' on the Sky Sports choice, and an error message came up on the screen stating that 'Flashplayer 9 or above must be installed' , yet when I view BBC i-player it's picture perfect, any ideas guys??

It's an App issue, or the fact you might need to be in desktop mode - try using Dolphin Broswer HD. A LOT better than the stock browser IMO

EDIT: Just tried it, it's a terrible app. Just use the BBC website

I just find I have a problem on the BBC News 24 site that it is out of sync. I have given up searching for a solution

Yeah, seems to affect all Flash video. Shame really but end of the day I don't watch video on my phone

You wonder if they test their app first don't you. All the fuss about not having Flash on Android, them we get it but it doesn't work properly!!!

Works just fine, and always had on mine, both when un-rooted and rooted!

is this the whole "have it in landscape mode just get sound but picture freezes when in fullscreen mode"?

It did do that but has now sorted itself out. It still is out of sync though

I was watching the BBC News 24 site on the phone last night and after 8 minutes it suddenly sorted itself out and audio and video were in sync.
