Flashed my first ROM (Fresh). I have Apps on SD card but cant seem to get them back on phone. When I go to Manage Applications and click SD card there is nothing. Do I need to get Titan backup first? Or is there a way to pull all my old apps back onto phone? Thanks

Welcome to the forums :). If you're going to manage applications, then apps on the sdcard, that means you're using normal froyo apps2sd. Apps2sd is not a complete solution. It only moves portions of the app to the card (various other threads around here discuss why). That being the case, when you wipe data, any part of the app left on the sdcard would be useless. It should just get removed with a data wipe, anyway. So, you'd have needed to backup these apps before flashing a ROM. You are correct in that you'd need to use titanium backup, or something like it, first. Did you make a nandroid backup before flashing Fresh? If so, make a nandroid backup of your current ROM, restore your previous backup, backup all your apps with titanium backup (even those on the sdcard), restore your nandroid backup of Fresh, then restore your apps using titanium backup. I recommend you restore only apps you know you need, restoring data only when necessary. You shouldn't restore all system data. Trust me, it can cause major problems.

Thanks guys. I rooted 2 days for wifi tether with no intentions of getting into flashing roms. Couple hours later of reading forum I couldnt resist and already addicted. I did make Nand backup - so Ill do what akazabam said. Really just want to get tasker back up and running without paying again. All others I can just get back from Market.

If you paid for it, just go to the market and redownload it. It remembers apps you've paid for based on your account. No need to back it up via titanium backup, then restore it.

Funny you should mention tasker, by the way. I *highly* recommend you not backup and restore tasker with titanium backup. I spent a good part of a month trying to troubleshoot issues with tasker, only to find out it was being caused by restoring tasker and its data via titanium backup. Do yourself a favor, and do the following:

1) Backup tasker with its own backup option.
2) Flash new ROM.
3) Install tasker from the market.
4) Restore tasker settings with its built-in restore option.

Trust me, you'll save yourself a headache. Other than that, though, you can save time by using titanium backup, just restore only what you need, and avoid restoring app data unless you need to. You might find here and there that an app doesn't respond well to being restored that way, much like with tasker.
