Just ordered mine, hope it gets here before I scuff this up. Motorola Xoom Screen Protector [Motorola Xoom Screen Protector] - $24.95 : Screen Protector, Screen Protectors, Cases, Scratch, Shield, Armor, Guard | XO Skins

I ordered the full body $34 but the Screen was only $24 for those only wanting that. I have used their gear before and still use it. It is very very strong and will not turn yellow. these will also get rid of fingerprints which is a must for anyone with a huge screen. Ill post a pic on here as soon as I get it and install it.

How does this compare to Ghost Armor and Zaggs?

I'm used Ghost Armor in the past and was satisfied, for the most part. I tried Zaggs for the first time with my Incredible and was not happy with it at all. Ideally, I want something with glossy look and feel but also offers full body protection.

EDIT: Just ordered a set. It'll give me a chance to compare first hand offer a review.

No, it is as strong as them, but it is UV coated so it isn't sticky, won't turn yellow, and doesn't have an orange peel texture.

But does it feel like running your fingers over a plastic bag? I would consider one but I hate that feeling. I like the feel of glass and how smooth it is. I don't want any protection to gimp that smoothness.

Gorilla glass can scratch. It's strong, but not the hardest material on earth so things will scratch it. I always use a skin. In regards to the other companies, I know it looks better (no orange peel) and doesnt feel rubbery. It is the closest thing to glass using a military film. I have tried the plastic cheap ones before and while they feel good, they dont protect well. The xo skins has yet to peel off and has stopped all scratches from nicking my phone.

So far I'm happy with the XO skin. I installed it last night and still have a few bubbles that are working themselves out. It's an excellent cut and I appreciate the cut-out for the Motorola emblem on the back. It doesn't feel sticky like Zaggs and doesn't hinder viewing the display at all. I take it that it's not an anti-glare version as the glare seems no better or worse than before. I just hope Motorola doesn't take it off when I send it in for the 4G upgrade.

Do you know if they will allow any local repair centers to do it? It looks like they shouldn't have a reason to pull it off since it doesn't overlap any gaps

Just another praise for the XO skin for Xoom. I got the screen skin.

I've never used a screen skin before and even goofed a little bit when putting it on (due to a hand problem - not the XO's fault), but it turned out perfect.

I can't even tell that it is on there unless I remove my gel case and closely inspect the very edge of the screen. The XO is a hair smaller than the screen so that it fits properly. It is as smooth as glass with no texture at all. No grippiness, no orange peel, no plastic bag feel, etc.

When I saw the screen damage that some peoples' Xoom had accidentally gotten, I knew I wanted a skin. This was a huge investment for me - my cell phone doesn't even take pictures! - and I need to protect it. I don't worry at all about messing up the screen with all of my stylus and fingernail drawings. :)

I trust the gorilla glass to hold up in the event of a fall or drop. I don't trust it to prevent scratches.

Just my opinion.
