Hey, I just noticed the top right of my screen is coming loose, it is currently about 1/3rd of a mm out, doesn't sound like much but its enough that its started clicking when I put a little pressure on that part of the screen... anyone else had this, I've never dropped it, been super careful
I bought the phone online in November, from clove, what will I need to claim warranty, just purchase receipt and the boxed docs? Cheers

i think if the phones bought from clove it was sim-free right? not 100% here, but from past readings the seller has an obligation to get it resolved within 6 months (think this is part of our stat rights). But you better call clove to explain the situation, qoute the order number to them and see what they say in regards to faulty goods. good luck dude and sorry to hear its another case if poor quality control from HTC there....

Being an unlocked device give HTC support a call. HTC Branded- 1-888-617-1113. That's what I did with my screen being misaligned. They will tell you to send them the phone with a copy of receipt at your expense. I did just that. They will send you an email when they receive it, when they work on it, and when it ships back. It only took them three days to fix mine from when they received it. Then overnighted it back to me at their expense. I said in my thread that they fixed my screen, and even removed a spec of dust that was under the top glass, but after checking into it, they actually replaced both display screen and digitizer screen with a new SLCD. It is much better than the original screen. One thing I really noticed was the color crispness, and touch response (not that it was bad before). Also when you tilt the screen with light shining on it (phone off) you can see the digitizer dots. Well my old one had four big dots across, and six big dots down (from what I can remember). Now it has 11 tiny dots across, and 19 tiny dots down. Again much much better screen.

Thanks man, i'll do exactly that,

Odd that you only had a few of those dots, i have quite a few, maybe you got one of the first screens and they changed it or something, i got mine about 2 months after the phone was released so i guess it was a revision
